Update 6/27/18: I am overwhelmed by the positive responses I have received for this letter. I would ask that readers also take a look at all the articles and references cited in this piece, and share those as well. Thank you all so much for reading and sharing, I believe we will make a difference and win this fight for our lives! #wearehere

  1. When first diagnosed with FMS it was a Syndrome, little understood, 30 yrs later it still is not understood, or has an effective treatment. But is now labeled a disease. I’ve been on 15 Neuropathy and FMS drugs, 14 bad reactions, 1 Valium 10 mg twice a day actually worked. Bonus is it also controls Gastropresis spasms and Meneire’s attacks. So 1 Muscle relaxer/Seizure drug controls 4 health issues, even the generic one works. Most generics have less of the main ingredient drug, with different fillers. My Synthyroid has 30% more hormone than the generic version, cost difference is less than $10. Down side to the generic is your ENDO can’t control for the generic like he/she can the Name Brand. Your Thyroid is the furnace of you body and helps control all other hormones only your Pituitary gland is more important.
